Do I have to pay a set up fee for my order?
No, we never charge a set up fee.
Can I purchase more than one saying in each order?
We can make as many different sayings as you like. Each on a different color shirt or different type of shirt.
How can I reach the customer service department with questions about my order?
Our customer service department can be reached Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm at
(734) 483-8579. We can be reached by e-mail 24 hours a day and we will respond to those e-mails by the next business day.
I want to purchase enough shirts for my entire team. Can your company handle that type of order?
We have the capability to handle any size order. Our core business is providing customized apparel for large groups in our area. If you are looking for team wear, please contact us for our full catalog. We will be happy to send one to you at no charge.
What is your return policy?
If we make a mistake in the spelling of your personalization or in the location of the personalization, we will be happy to remake the item at no charge. If there is a manufacturers' defect, we will also gladly replace the item. Our quality control department carefully checks each item before we personalize it to insure that every purchase is of the highest quality. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the items are personalized, we are unable to return them for any other reason.
Can I order "cuss" words on a shirt?
We don't judge people for what they want to wear. We will put just about anything on a shirt. After all, you have to wear it.
